Festival of Lights in Berlin
Am Wochenende war ich in Berlin zum Festival of Lights. Gerade rechtzeitig kam kurz davor mein neuer Kugelkopf für mein Stativ und mein Fernauslöser. Genug Power hatte ich auch, da ich ebenfalls einen Batteriegriff bestellt hatte. So umfassend ausgestattet ging es dann am Samstag los und bei glücklicherweise regenfreiem Wetter startete ich am Potsdamer Platz, über Brandenburger Tor zum Berliner Dom. Danach noch Schloss Charlottenburg und Hackescher Markt.

Qurius and Ricoh launch Invoice Workflow
Invoice Workflow is the joint solution of Qurius and Ricoh, completely automating the stream of purchasing documents. With the total solution of Qurius and Ricoh, purchase invoices are digitised and automatically processed in the customer’s ERP system. Invoice Workflow simplifies the processing of the daily incoming stream of purchase invoices. The solution provides full transparency in the processing of purchase invoices. Besides, it is possible to integrate the purchase process into a SharePoint portal, which more and more companies use to manage their knowledge en documentation. The next step is to create approval workflows, for instance. Both Qurius and Ricoh are Microsoft Gold Certified Partners.
Qurius Hostingcenter in Hamburg CO2-neutral
Das deutsche Qurius-Hostingcenter mit Sitz in unserem Hamburger Hauptsitz ist seit 1. August 2010 CO2-neutral. Damit sind wir in Hamburg die ersten bei Qurius, die diesen Zustand erreichen.
Qurius möchte bis 2014 100% umweltverträgliches und nachhaltiges Handeln umsetzen. Die Nutzung von grünem Strom ist da nur ein Aspekt in einem gesamten Maßnahmenplan. Da ich zu Hause Strom von Lichtblick nutze, kann ich jetzt ruhigen Gewissens behaupten, dass mein Stromverbrauch (bis auf wenige Ausnahmen unterwegs) kein CO2 produziert.
